Peugeot 3008 'gets a lot of things right'

The new Peugeot 3008 "gets a lot of things right", it is claimed.

Writing for the Daily Mail, James Martin states: "This is 100 per cent a family car, with four doors, a five-star NCAP safety rating and a hatch at the back."

He suggests that the motorists the car is aimed at tend to appreciate function over style.

The Peugeot's "massive boot" can take more than a week's shopping and a buggy, he points out, and it can be easily extended by folding back the seats.

Mr Martin adds that he was "pleasantly surprised" when driving the car, with easy gear changing and the performance to easily overtake slow-moving caravans or lorries.

Meanwhile, girlracer.co.uk recently praised another Peugeot car for its style.

The website stated that the Peugeot 308 CC will appeal to fashion-conscious women who like to drive sporty vehicles.
