The Mini Countryman’s life is drawing to a close and because of this, Mini is producing a special edition aimed specifically at business users.

The Mini Countryman Cooper D ALL4 Business is an ultra low-emissions four wheel drive car with a host of extras fitted as standard in order to keep the tax payments low for company car drivers.

Coming with Mini’s navigation system, cruise control and automatic wipers, the Cooper D is perfect for long distance journeys. It also comes with air conditioning and of course, that all important four-wheel drive which allows the Countryman to handle any surface it is faced with and drive like a Mini should no matter what the conditions.

On top of these extras, owners are also treated to 17-inch alloy wheels and velour floor mats. It is also the first time that a model offering Mini’s four-wheel drive system has been offered to fleet owners.

Despite the four-wheel drive system, it only emits 123g/km CO2, which means that business owners pay on 19 per cent of the total cost of the vehicle in business car tax, some of the lowest payments for a diesel four-wheel drive.

The addition of included extras on to the Countryman also mean that second hand residuals should also be good. Priced at £22,455, which is £1,400 more than the standard model, the Countryman can also be bought monthly at a price of £199 per month following a six-month deposit and 35 monthly payments.

The Countryman is due to replaced with an all-new model in 2017.
