Audi S5 cabriolet is 'tasteful'

Car manufacturer Audi has been praised for its new cabriolet model, the S5, which one reviewer has identified as exhibiting a "subtle attraction".

Motor expert Andrew Anthony, writing for the Guardian, told used Audi car fans that the vehicle does not try to grab attention with flashy gimmicks, but contains subtle charms by making its technology as efficient as possible.

Its soft top means it can travel at a faster speed that hard-tops, while the hood can fold away in 15 seconds and be put back up again in 17 seconds, the reviewer writes.

It was added that the three-litre V6 engine gives the car a lightweight feel, but still allows the vehicle to speed up effortlessly.

"Perhaps most impressive of all are the rear seats. Elsewhere in the cabin, ergonomics and comfort come to an attractive compromise, continuing the coolly restrained aesthetic of the exterior," Mr Anthony said.

Strathclyde police recently took an innovative approach when it comes to dealing with auto crime, turning a seized Audi Q7 into a squad car to fight more crime in the community.ADNFCR-2576-ID-19671370-ADNFCR
