Buyers looking for Volvo cars in Hertfordshire will be glad to hear that a new showroom is to open in the region.

The Swedish manufacturer has announced that the new centre will open in September at the one-acre site at Stortford Hall, Bishop's Stortford.

When business begins, buyers will get access to a selection of new and used Volvo cars, with expert guidance and a top-quality aftercare service, the firm claims.

The managing director of Regent Automotive - the company which will be running the dealership under licence from Volvo - Tracey Perry said that the firm was looking forward to working with the local community.

"We have established a strong reputation with our customers for exceptional service and an enjoyable experience during every visit to our dealerships," she added.

Volvo re-iterated its commitment to greener driving earlier this year by laying out plans for improving sustainability across all of its operations.
