'Look after' interior of a car

People should try to keep their car looking good both inside and out.

While motorists usually make their way to the car wash every so often to keep their motor in a good condition, they can very easily neglect the interior.

According to Allon White Sports Cars of Cranfield, prevention is much better than a cure when it comes to vehicles.

"Time spent keeping car interiors clean, dry and free of harmful abrasives (e.g. road grit) and extended periods of sunlight will pay dividends," the company observed.

They added that if anything major goes wrong, it is best to seek out professional help, rather than running the risk of damaging the vehicle long term.

According to the firm, wood veneers are particularly prone to attack from the sun's rays and so the best thing to do is keep the area clean and covered whenever it is practical.

Boot polish is a handy item to have, as this can restore areas to their former glory.ADNFCR-2576-ID-801418738-ADNFCR
