Adverts unveiled for Fiat 500 by Gucci

The new advertising campaign heralding the link-up between Gucci and Fiat cars is to be launched this month.

Magazines and newspapers will carry the new ads, which publicise the iconic Fiat 500 that has been customised by Gucci creative director Frida Giannini.

Model Natash Poly, sporting a black leather outfit designed by Gucci, is said to complement the striking lines of the black 500 by Gucci.

The car is a limited edition model, celebrating both the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy and the fashion house's 90th birthday.

It is only available by pre-ordering online at www.500bygucci.com. A series of city locations - such as London, Paris and Tokyo - will be carrying preview of the vehicle before its commercial launch in June.

The Fiat 500 was recently named Best City Car at the Fleet World Honours, while its TwinAir Engine has recently been named the best in the world by a panel of experts at Engine Expo.
