Used car news: Peugeot 4007 'has a lot to offer'

Peugeot 4007 'has a lot to offer'

The Peugeot 4007 has attracted the praise of a motoring critic, which may interest those in the market for nearly-new used cars.

It is a "great-looking" vehicle which feels "livelier than a lot of its competitors", according to Lee Sibbald, writing for fleetdirectory.co.uk.

The 2.2-litre 16-valve diesel engine of the Peugeot 4007 gives the vehicle sufficient power to make it an "appealing" drive, he continued, with "enough in its locker" to comfortably propel its hefty weight.

"On motorways you should not ever feel short of opportunities to overtake, equally the 4007 will cruise comfortably at 70 mph," he remarked.

Mr Sibbald added that the Peugeot 4007 has lots to offer as regards the quality of ride and its presence on the road.

Another critic, meanwhile, recently praised the qualities of the Peugeot 3008.

James Martin suggested in the Daily Mail that the Peugeot 3008 is a very effective and functional family car.
