Lexus cars top satisfaction survey for 11th year
People driving Lexus cars are among the most satisfied of all motorists, according to the latest JD Power and Associates/What Car? UK Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study.
Lexus achieved the highest ranking in the study for the 11th year running, suggesting that Lexus cars are consistently appreciated by their owners.
Additionally, the IS executive saloon won the highest overall score, while the RX luxury SUV came in third.
Jim Holder, editor of What Car?, said Lexus' 11 years at the top of Britain's most thorough customer survey is "testament to its ability to build great cars and unstinting attention to customer service".
He added: "The individual results for the IS and RX, with first and third highest overall satisfaction scores, should also give buyers of these cars unrivalled peace of mind."
Recently, Lexus cars achieved another commendation after the new CT 200h was given a five-star safety rating by Euro NCAP.
