Audi cars prove popular with fleet managers and drivers

The Audi A3 Lower Medium Car of the Year title, as voted for by fleet drivers, which marks the fourth time this particular model has triumphed in this category since 2007.

By mixing the appeal of the Audi brand as high performance manufacturer with strong efficiency figures, BusinessCar editor Paul Barker says the A3 has again proved itself to be the most desirable car in its sector for both drivers and fleet managers alike.

Meanwhile, the Audi R8 took the BusinessCar award in the sports category.

Iain Carmichael, head of fleet sales at Audi UK, says the awards illustrate the competitiveness of the brand.

"Winning two BusinessCar awards marks a strong start to the year for Audi, particularly because it shows the brand’s strength at opposite ends of the business car spectrum," he said.ADNFCR-2576-ID-801274954-ADNFCR
